Petrino Villa is a beautiful villa that combines the much wanted serenity of a secluded location with the convenience of having close proximity to the village centre and its amenities. Consequently, it is not necessary for you to hire a vehicle. Set over 3 levels, the place easily and comfortably sleeps 8 people. The villa has 2 large terraces, one of which encompasses steps down to the private pool and outdoor dining area, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and the climate.

Accommodation

Bedroom:
4 double sized bedrooms. 3 with double beds, 1 with twin beds and all with extensive wardrobe space. On request, beds can be changed from double to twin ones for your convenience. Bedroom 1 and 2 on the top floor boast a large adjoined terrace. Bedroom 3 on the ground floor walks out onto another large terrace with steps straight down to the private pool.

Bathroom:
4 bathrooms all en-suite from bedrooms. All stylishly designed and collectively give you a choice between a bath, 2 single sized showers and a double sized shower. All with WC and wash basin.

Kitchen:
Elegant and fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fruit juice maker etc. Follows on from open plan living area and features an 8-seater dining table.

Living Room:
Comfy living space with terrace doors leading straight down to the pool. With the doors open, the afternoon breeze makes the living area a cool paradise. Includes regular mod-cons: flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player with MP3 input plus a Sky Digital box.

Other:
Private off-road parking. Mosquito guards on all windows and terrace doors.

Services:
Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Please supply your own beach towels. Cleaning services provided every day, bed linen changed every second day.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has Air Conditioning throughout and available for your usage at no extra cost. No pets allowed. No smoking. On arrival, we will provide you with a complimentary welcome pack i.e. milk, bread, tea bags etc.
