A personal, family business
Our villas and apartments were designed by us, built by us and now, rented by us. The genuine love we have for our properties means they are well looked after. Plus, there doesn’t exist a more knowledgeable point of contact for any help or assistance should you need it. And that point of contact is always close by… We live and work in Kassiopi so are always at hand. In a world where big businesses rule, it is this personal touch that makes us stand out from the crowd. With flights to Corfu now arriving daily, we appreciate the frustration of having strict arrival and departure days set by your accommodation. It is for this reason that we allow as much flexibility in your dates as our calendar allows.

As you book direct with the owners, you do not pay any commissions or third-party service fees. Not only that, but because we also avoid paying commission fees set by the big rental advertising platforms, we offer discounts on net prices. Passing our savings straight on to you, our guests!
No hidden costs
When you receive a quote from us, expect no hidden/later nasty surprise fees. Our rental fees includes the cost of the Greek Government implemented ‘tourist tax’ (climate city tax) – we take care of paying this for you and filling out the necessary form leaving you nothing else to do once in Kassiopi other than enjoy your holiday. Our fees also include the extra services of air conditioning, safety deposit box use, maid/linen services, pool towels plus use of cots/high chairs.
Supermarket Shopping
On request and prior to arrival, send us your list and we shall purchase the products, deliver them and pack them away for you. Leaving you nothing more to do on arrival other than relax!
