The location…
As the name suggests, The Central Residence by Kassiopi Corfu Villas are situated in central Kassiopi. Located in a quiet corner of Kassiopi, 100m from the first restaurant, bar, bakery and supermarket. Within a simple 3 minute stroll from the villa is the village square and 5 minutes to Kassiopi harbour or main beach. Stay in the heart of Kassiopi but enjoy the peace and quiet too. Our four spacious apartments are situated in a calm residential spot of the village, far away from any noisy bars or built up, large rental complexes with open to the public amenities.
The pool…
Equipped with numerous sun loungers, parasols, bistro tables and chairs, there is plenty of room for guests to relax around the pool and enjoy the warm summer sun. The pool itself is of a great size for floating away the hours in, plus it enjoys continuous sun throughout the day. A shared amenity between the Suites and Residence guests – but easily big enough for everyone to enjoy.
The rooftop garden…
Not only do our Central Residence apartments have the pool access, but get the use of our unique, rooftop garden. With 360′ views stretching out over Kassiopi village, the Byzantine Castle of Kassiopi, the ionian sea and Albanian mountains beyond. This is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life. Especially enjoyable are the sunsets – not to miss!! Spacious beyond comprehension – the rooftop garden stretches across a massive 230m2! A comfortable mix of both sunbeds, sofas and breakfast tables – there is space for anyone and everyone. The ONE and ONLY rooftop garden for rental accommodation in Kassiopi.
Getting about…
The entrance
The Central Residence by Kassiopi Corfu Villas are 4 four apartments located on the first floor within one, large private property. Accessible via a central entrance hall and up one flight of steps. 2 apartments are on one side of the building, 2 apartments are on the other side of the building with a further set of steps leading up to the enormous roof top garden.
Exterior
The rooftop garden is a sunbathers delight seeing sun from dawn until dusk. With both offerings of shaded and full sun areas, there is somewhere for everyone to unwind. There is a washing machine up here for shared use too, plus a mini fridge and external sink. The pool is located at our across the street rental so you just need to cross the mainly pedestrian used small sideroad and you’re there!
