The location…
As the name suggests, The Central Villas by Kassiopi Corfu Villas are situated in central Kassiopi. Located in a quiet corner of Kassiopi, 100m from the first restaurant, bar, bakery and supermarket. Within a simple 3 minute stroll from the villa is the village square and 5 minutes to Kassiopi harbour or main beach. Stay in the heart of Kassiopi but enjoy the peace and quiet too. Our two Central Villas are situated in a calm residential spot of the village, far away from any noisy bars or built up, large rental complexes with open to the public amenities.
The pool…
Each villa enjoys their own private pool – not too out of the ordinary until you discover each pool is fitted with both hydromassage jets and a resistant current. At a touch of a button you can swim as if in an Olympic sized pool! Whilst not being the largest in size, they still remain to be plenty big enough to float about in, sit and enjoy the spa jets massage your back or for kids to play and have fun. Relax around the pool on comfy sun loungers or enjoy a lazy breakfast in the warm summer sun.
The rooftop garden…
Not only do our two Central Villas have their own generous private outdoor space, but get the shared use of our unique, rooftop garden. With 360′ views stretching out over Kassiopi village, the Byzantine Castle of Kassiopi, the ionian sea and Albanian mountains beyond. This is the ultimate place to relax and enjoy life. Especially enjoyable are the sunsets – not to miss!! Spacious beyond comprehension – the rooftop garden stretches across the full area of both villas together: 230m2! A comfortable mix of both sunbeds, sofas and breakfast tables – there is space for anyone and everyone. The ONE and ONLY rooftop garden for rental accommodation in Kassiopi.

The entrance
The Central Villas by Kassiopi Corfu Villas are twin villas within one, private property. Accessible via a central entrance hall with both left and right villa taking up the full ground floor of this expansive building.

On entering the villa, you walk straight into the living and kitchen space. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and displays a good sized table for 6 persons. Moving through the living space, there are balcony doors leading straight onto the front of the property where the pool is located. Off from the entrance is one front facing double bedroom and it’s ensuite – with balcony doors leading straight onto the pool area – one back facing double bedroom plus en-suite, plus a further back facing enormous twin bedroom and it’s en-suite. The two back rooms each have balcony doors leading to an additional outside space, plus you can walk around the side exterior perimeter of the building to the pool. Each en-suite bathroom is elegantly decorated with must have power showers and proper plumbing allowing for toilet paper to be flushed away – something taken for granted in the first world, until you visit Greece! All interior space is ample large enough for 6 persons to still enjoy personal privacy. A massive 115m2 rental!
Exterior
The pool area at the front of the property boasts comfy sun loungers, parasols and a breakfast table. A true sun-trap during the morning and early afternoon hours, the sun then moves on to the back of the property come late afternoon. The garden area at the back has an additional (larger) table for outside dining, plus external sink and washing machine. The rooftop garden is a sunbathers delight seeing sun from dawn until dusk. With both offerings of shaded and full sun areas – both private and shared – there is somewhere for everyone to unwind.
