The location…
Within a 5 minute flat walk you find yourself on Kassiopi’s main high street – a perfect little stroll to pick up some freshly baked delicacies from the bakery for your late morning breakfast. Via a secret path, get down to Kassiopi harbour in just 4 minutes. Located 5 minutes away is a small swimming cove too – a gorgeous spot to dip in the crystal clear waters. Kassiopi boasts a handful of beautiful beaches and coves, all of which are well within a 10 minute walk away. As a result, we can say with confidence that Villa Petrino’s biggest selling point is it’s fabulous location.
The pool…
Private in every manner. The main pool is of a good size and also enjoys an attached shallow pool – perfect for our small visitors to splash about in. Featuring walk-in step and non-slip surrounding tiles. Relax on the cushioned sunbeds or enjoy a bite to eat under the canopied dining table, this gorgeous space gives you every opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and wonderful weather – day or night.
A walking tour…
The ground floor
You enter Villa Petrino on the raised ground floor (5 steps to the front door) into the central hallway. To your right is the bright,open plan living and kitchen area with large breakfast table. Here you have veranda doors leading to the pool plus a window directly overlooking the pool – handy to check on children playing. To your left of the central hallway is a lovely double bedroom and it’s en-suite with shower cubicle. Means there are no interior stairs to climb to reach the bedroom, this room is an ideal option for less able bodies guests. From the central hallway there is also access to a further outside space where the barbeque is located and and another outside table.
The top floor
The top floor has two bedrooms – one double bedroom with queen sized bed and one twin bedroom. Each with their own en-suite – with a double sized shower and a bath with shower attachment respectively. The top floor enjoys a large shared balcony stretched across the distance of both bedrooms with fantastic village, mountain and sea views to enjoy.
Lower ground floor
On the lower ground floor is the fourth bedroom – a generously sized twin bedroom with ample wardrobe space. This has no direct outside access (just windows) so suitable for younger guests. The fourth bathroom here is fitted with a large shower cubicle plus washing machine. Iron and ironing board is located in the hallway of this floor also.
Exterior
To the side of the property is located the lovely pool – enjoying the sun from dawn until dusk. The pool area is completely private and features thickly cushioned sunbeds and the primary outside dining table under canopy for comfort whilst easting. A quiet, tranquil space to enjoy the weather, the views and your company.
The BBQ is located at t he back of the property via the central hallway. A true sun-trap, sit and enjoy some solitude at the secondary outside dining space, surrounded by nature.
An open air garage space is at the front of the property with space for one car, plus road-side parking for an additional 2 cars.
